We are committed to keeping McNary Marching Band a LOW FEE activity! Our Marching Band Fee is $75 for the season. Instrument rental is $50/year. Please support our organization through the Fireworks booth and on Band Day to keep our activity very low cost for all students!
Marching Band is a for-credit late-bird class. You can also receive PE credit through an application process.
Summer practices are required; click calendar button before registering.
To Register - read carefully!: 1, Check the season calendar to ensure your personal schedule will allow for full participation in the MMB. 2. If you plan to play a fall sport, reach out to Mrs. Hering and to your coach to check the feasibility of a shared-time schedule so that you may do both. (Bear in mind, that shared-time schedules may not allow you the number of hours needed to earn PE credit for marching band.) 3. Click the gray button and register 4. Pay the $75 activity fee and $50 instrument maintenance (if using a school instrument) 5. Deadline: June 5 6. Show up in the McNary Band room at 9am on Wednesday August 19 ready for a great season!
Because our drill is written and customized specifically for the number of students and instrumentation of the McNary Marching Band, roster changes can create a great hardship for everyone for the entire season. So please, no drops after August 1 unless it is an unavoidable emergency situation (i.e. you are moving to another school).
